Christmas light installation and leasing, Las Vegas
The guy who did hundreds of houses in Portland is now in Las Vegas.
I'm Trent. I built a roof cleaning company to $77k a month and ran a holiday lighting company for four seasons before I sold both and moved here. Commercial-grade lights, custom-cut to your roofline, one annual price that drops every year you stay. My name is on the quote.
Now booking installs starting Oct 20. 12 slots left in Henderson.

Why it's different
Three things no other installer in Vegas will put in writing.
You're dealing with the owner.
I design the layout, I'm at the install, I answer the phone. Not a call center, not a crew you've never met.
You never buy the lights.
You never buy a $1,200 set of lights that sit in your garage 11 months. We own them. We fix them. We store them.
Your price goes down.
Your year-4 price is 30% under your year-1 price, in writing. Nobody else in Vegas does that.

Questions
The eight questions everyone asks.
Who actually shows up at my house?
Trent. I design the layout, I'm at the install, and the fix-it call comes to my phone. The two people with me are people I trained, not a crew I found in October. Ask any other installer in Las Vegas who is going to be on your roof. I just told you.
Do I own the lights?
No, and that's the point. Owning lights means storing them, testing them every fall, and paying to replace them when they fail. We own them. If a strand fails, we replace it within 48 hours at no charge. In January we take everything down, label it with your name, and store it. You never see a box of lights.
What happens if I move?
The agreement follows you, not the house. Move inside our service area and we quote the new house with your renewal discount intact. Move out of the area and the agreement ends at the end of the season. You owe nothing further.
What if I cancel?
Before your install date, your deposit comes back in full. After the lights are cut to your house, the deposit is non-refundable, because those runs are cut to your roofline and nobody else's. There is no fee for not renewing. If you don't renew, you don't renew.
Do you do permanent lights?
Not this year. If you want permanent track lighting, check the permanent box on the quote form. I'll connect you with a company I trust and coordinate the job. This year we do seasonal, and we do it right.
When do you install?
Installs start Oct 20. The two weeks before Thanksgiving are the rush. Book by October 31 and you pick your date. Takedown is finished by January 31, earlier if your HOA needs it.
What kind of lights?
Commercial-grade C9 LED bulbs on commercial socket cord, cut to your roofline on site and clipped every 12 inches. Warm white and multicolor are in stock. Other colors by request at booking. A timer is included with every install.
What about my HOA?
Check your HOA's display dates before we quote. Most in Henderson and Summerlin allow lights from around November 1 through mid-January. The rules are your responsibility, but send them to me and I'll read them before the install. Our takedown is done by January 31 regardless.
