The historic district
Older homes with real fascia boards and wood eaves, which is a treat after a valley full of tile. Fascia clips give the cleanest line there is. If your house is on a corner in the historic district, we outline both street-facing rooflines so it reads from every angle.
Newer neighborhoods
The newer builds toward the lake are tile-roof stucco like the rest of the valley, and get the same clip method. Second-story peaks are a flat add-on.
