These neighborhoods are where most of our Henderson work is, and they share two things: tile roofs and HOAs. Tile we handle with clips that ride the first course and touch nothing else. HOAs we handle by asking you to check your display dates before we quote. Most Henderson associations allow lights from around November 1 through mid-January, and our takedown is done by January 31 regardless. Your HOA rules are your responsibility, but if you send them over I will read them before the install.

Two-story houses in Henderson

A lot of Anthem and Inspirada is two-story. Second-story rooflines are the difference between a ladder job and a lift job, which is why second story is its own line on the price list instead of a surprise on the invoice. If I cannot reach a run safely from a ladder or a lift, I will tell you and leave that run off rather than walk your tile.

Timing

Henderson jobs are the first ones on the calendar every season because they are closest. Install dates open October 20. If the booking counter on the home page says slots are left, they are real slots on a real calendar. When it hits zero, Henderson goes to a waitlist.

Who shows up

Me, and the two people I trained. No subcontracted crews. I design the layout, I am on site for the install, and the fix-it call comes to my phone. Ask any installer in Henderson who is actually going to be on the roof. I can answer that.
