North Las Vegas is mostly newer two-story tract housing, and newer tract housing is where clip-on light kits fail hardest. The rooflines are long, the peaks are steep, and the gaps show from the street. We cut to the house instead.
Aliante, Eldorado, and the newer builds
Two-story stucco with tile roofs and long front elevations. A typical Aliante two-story runs 150 to 220 feet of roofline once you count the garage return and the second-story peak. That is a Signature-sized job on our price list. The second story is a flat add-on, not a surprise.
Long rooflines, real numbers
North Las Vegas houses are bigger than their price suggests, and the roofline is where the cost is. Use the calculator on the home page with your best guess at feet. If you cannot guess, send me three photos of the front and I will measure off the satellite view and send a number in 24 hours.
Wind
North Las Vegas gets the wind first when it comes over the mountains. Two rules: we do not install in wind over 25 mph, and every run is clipped every 12 inches so a gust does not turn your roofline into a sag. If a windstorm does knock something loose, that is a fix-it call, and it is free.
