Enterprise is the southwest corner of the valley: Southern Highlands, Mountains Edge, Silverado Ranch, and the new construction filling in between. It is fifteen minutes from my storage unit in Henderson, so it gets the same early dates Henderson does.
Southern Highlands and Mountains Edge
Newer two-story homes with tile roofs, stucco, and HOAs with display rules. The typical roofline is 150 to 250 feet including the second story. Second story is a flat add-on on the price list. Check your HOA display dates before you quote, and send me the rules if you have them.
New construction
A lot of Enterprise is under two years old. New stucco and fresh tile are the easiest surfaces to clip to and the worst ones to damage, which is why we never nail, staple, or adhesive anything to your house. Clips only, and they come off clean in January.
Timing
Enterprise and Henderson share install days because they are close. Book by the end of October and you pick your date. The mid-November rush fills fast and I do not overbook a day to squeeze one more house in.
