Summerlin associations publish display rules, and some villages are stricter than the citywide norm. Before I quote, check yours for the earliest on date, the latest off date, and any rule on color or roofline coverage. If your village restricts color, warm white is what we stock and what most of Summerlin picks anyway.

Custom homes are where the lease model earns its keep. A 300-foot roofline with parapets, multiple peaks, and a courtyard is not a job for a clip-on kit from a big-box store. Single-story, manageable rooflines, and a lot of people who have hung their own lights for decades and are done with ladders. These are the easiest installs in the valley, which is why they price at the low end of the table.
