We own the lights. You own December.
One annual price. It covers everything from the first sketch to the last bin in storage, and it gets smaller every year you stay.
Four steps, start to storage.
Quote in 24 hours
Send three photos of the front of the house and a roofline guess, or just the address. I measure from the satellite view and send a written number within 24 hours. The number is the number.
Book with a deposit
50% at signing locks your install date. The balance is due on install day. Deposits come back in full if you cancel before install or if weather stops us. Once the lights are cut to your house, the deposit is non-refundable.
One-visit install
Commercial-grade C9 LED on socket cord, cut to your roofline on site, clipped every 12 inches, timer set. Two people on every ladder. No roof walking on tile. No work in wind over 25 mph.
Fixed, removed, stored
A bulb or strand fails, I fix it within 48 hours, free. Takedown is done by January 31. Every set is labeled with your name and stored by us. You never see a box.
The price goes down. In writing.

Renewals are where every other installer quietly raises the price. Ours drops 10% a year until it hits 30% off, and it stays there for as long as you keep the service. No inflation clause. No "material costs went up." The year-four number is on the first quote you sign.

What's not
- Lights you already own. We don't install them. See why.
- Permanent track lighting. Not this year. Check the box on the quote form and I'll refer you.
- Interior, live trees, or any roof I can't ladder or lift safely.
Moving, canceling, skipping a year
Move inside the service area and your discount comes with you to the new house. Move out and the agreement ends at season end, nothing owed. Skip a year and your set stays in storage; come back and you pick up where you left off on the discount ladder. Cancel before the install date and the deposit comes back in full.
