Commercial
Storefronts, HOA entrances, small hospitality.
Same lights, same owner, same guarantee. Commercial jobs are quoted after a site visit, because a lift, a parking lot, and a landlord's power panel change the math.
What we light.
Storefronts and strip retail
Roofline and parapet outlines, entry framing, and window trim. We work before open or after close, and we time the display to your lease's holiday clause.
HOA entrances and common areas
Monument signs, guard houses, entry trees, and clubhouse rooflines. One contact, one invoice to the association, one number to call when a strand goes out.
Small hospitality
Restaurants, boutique hotels, wedding venues, and event spaces. We design for the photo your guests will take, then make sure it still looks right at 2 a.m.
How commercial pricing works
Residential is priced by the foot off a photo. Commercial gets a site visit first: I measure, check power, look at where a lift can and can't go, and send a written quote within 24 hours of the visit. The lease model is the same: we own the lights, we maintain them all season, we take them down and store them, and the price drops every year you renew.
What we need from you
- Who signs: owner, property manager, or the association
- Display dates your lease or HOA requires
- Access: hours, keys, guard gate, lift clearance
- Power: where the outlets are and whether they're on a timer or a panel
What we don't do
Anything over two stories without a lift on site. Anything tied into your building's electrical beyond a plug. Permanent track lighting, this year. If your job is one of those, tell me and I'll point you to someone who does it.
Tell me about the property.
Check "commercial" on the form and I'll call to set up the visit.
