Spring Valley is older than the master-planned edges of the valley, and the houses show it in a good way: single-story ranches, flat roofs with parapets, and mature trees worth wrapping. It is a different layout job than a two-story tract, and it is one of my favorites.
Flat roofs and parapets
A lot of Spring Valley is flat-roof stucco with a parapet wall. There is no peak to outline, so the light runs the top edge of the parapet and the line has to be dead straight or it looks wrong. We clip to the parapet cap and check the line from the street before we call it done.
Spanish Trail, Rhodes Ranch, and the gated communities
Gated communities need gate access, a guard call-in, or both. Tell me at booking and I will handle it. These homes also tend to have the mature trees that make a trunk wrap or a canopy wrap worth the add-on.
Trees and landscape
Spring Valley yards have real trees. Trunk wraps and bush nets are on the add-on list at a flat price per group. If the tree is the star of your yard, say so on the quote form and I will design around it.
