The price list nobody else in Las Vegas publishes.
Every other installer wants your phone number before you see a number. Here is ours. Roofline is priced by the foot. Add-ons are flat. Your price drops every year you renew and never goes up.

Brackets stack: the first 100 ft at the first rate, the next 100 at the second, and so on. Minimum job $799. Year 2 is 10% off year 1, year 3 is 20% off, year 4 and every year after is 30% off. That floor is written into the agreement.

Buy from a typical installer, or lease from us
Same house, $1,150 in year one either way. A 150-ft roofline, no add-ons.

Over five years the totals land close. The difference is what the money buys. With the buy-first model you own a set of lights that ages in your garage, and when a strand fails after the warranty, the replacement is yours to buy. With us, the lights are ours to replace, the storage is ours, the re-hang is ours, and by year four you're paying 30% less than the day you started.
Every number on this page is in the agreement you sign. If it moves, it moves down.
Run your own house
Walk the front of the house and count your steps. One step is about 2.5 ft. Include the garage and any peaks you want outlined.
Year 5 and beyond stay at the year 4 price. Locked, in writing.
